Modular Clubhouse Extension – Llandegla

Modification, extension and transport

The Project

We recently completed an extension to an existing clubhouse in Llandegla using three 40ft high cube containers.

Rather than carrying out all the work on site, the units were fully modified at our workshop first. Once ready, they were transported down to Llandegla and assembled together to create one seamless extension to the building.

What the Client Needed

The clubhouse needed more space, but the solution had to make sense financially and practically.

They were looking for something that was:

  • Cost-effective

  • Quick to install

  • Built to last

  • Designed around their specific layout requirements

How We Delivered It

We prepared and modified all three 40ft high cube containers off-site. That meant we could complete the structural work in a controlled environment, keeping standards high and minimising disruption at the clubhouse itself.

Once on site, the units were craned into position and secured together, forming a clean, cohesive extension that tied in with the existing building.

Working this way helped speed up the overall installation and kept on-site time to a minimum.

The End Result

The finished extension gives the clubhouse the additional space it needed, without a long, drawn-out build process.

It’s a great example of how modular container builds can offer practical, scalable solutions for commercial spaces — especially when time and budget matter.
