Clubhouse Extension — Wrexham Clay Pigeon Shooting Ground

Modification, extension and transport

The Brief

The client needed to expand the existing clubhouse facilities at their Wrexham clay pigeon shooting ground. The goal was a durable, weather-tight extension that could be delivered and installed quickly with minimal disruption to the site's operation

The Solution

We supplied three 40ft high-cube shipping containers as the structural basis for the extension. Working to spec, we cut out the adjoining side walls and joined the three units together to create a single open, integrated interior space — significantly larger than a standard single-container footprint and free of internal dividing walls.

The fabrication and fit-out included:

  • Cutting and structurally joining three 40ft high-cube units into one continuous space

  • Installing windows to bring natural light into the interior

  • Fitting roller shutters for security and access

  • Adding a set of double doors for a practical, welcoming main entrance

Delivery and Installation

We managed the full process end to end: delivery to site, craneage and erection of the units, structural joining, and full weather-sealing so the finished extension is fully watertight and ready for use.

The End Result

A spacious, secure and weatherproof clubhouse extension, delivered as a turnkey solution — designed, fabricated, transported, installed and sealed by a single supplier.
